A subtle reminder of NYC’s “The High Line”, The Goods Line is a linear park that was part of the first railway opened in NSW in 1855. In the 1920s, many Chinese migrants moved to this area from The Rocks and Surry Hills to set up businesses and built the Chinatown that we know today. In front of you, you are looking at the only Frank Gehry building in Australia which was funded by a Chinese businessman, Chau Chak Wing.
